Please join the WiNUP Mid-Atlantic Chapter as we host a Zoom cooking class with Heather Williams. Heather was runner-up on Season 16 and top 5 on Season 18 of Hell’s Kitchen. She has worked in kitchens from the Borgata Hotel, Casino and Spa to private golf clubs, college dining facilities, private dinner parties and is currently the Executive Chef at Coca Cola Park, home of the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs. Heather will be showing you how to step outside of your cooking comfort zone and elevate your week-night meal. She will be cooking an appetizer and a main dish. The recipes will be sent out a week prior so you can obtain the ingredients and cook along with the demonstration.
