WELD Webinar--Psychological Safety

In times of uncertainty, chaos, and an ever ever-changing workplace, one thing remains constant: People need people. People are any organization’s greatest asset and if we want them to thrive, they need to feel safe to speak up and truly feel heard. A team or company that lacks psychological safety creates a culture of silence. Creating a learning culture and a team that truly collaborates starts with trust, connection, and the willingness to be professionally vulnerable. With a psychologically safe mindset, company cultures and teams can discard perfection as the norm and instead learn to focus on quickly creating solutions, gathering feedback, and iterating for better future designs. By taking up this simple mindset as a whole team, you will find that everyone will learn and grow in new ways and be more innovative, creative, productive, and engaged!
