Speaker: DeCoffette Ward--WiNUP Past President/Executive Coach, Sherpa

DeCoffette Ward is a Master Executive Coach, author, educator, and Talent Manager with Sherpa Coaching. Her clients and students call her "Coach Coffee".

She brings over 20 years of facilitation and leadership experience, which has allowed her to contribute to the grown and success of companies in the electric power industry, the military and manufacturing. She has worked with other companies such as Toyota, Center for Disease Control, FEMA, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Stanley Black and Decker, TE Connectivity and more.

DeCoffette has the proven ability to coach leaders and frontline employees on continuous improvement and behaviors that foster a coaching culture.

Along with Brenda Corbett, DeCoffette is a Sherpa co-author of "Executive Presence: Humility" and her own book, "Dream. Write. Execute".

She has taken on facilitation and co-professorship of Sherpa Coaching's most lengthy and complex course, The Sherpa Coaching Certification at the University of Georgia with great devotion and skill.

DeCoffette is a proud U.S. Army veteran that is passionate about inspiring others.
