    DeCoffette Ward, respectfully called "Coach Coffee" by her colleagues and clients, is Chief People Officer with The Sherpa Library, Master Executive Coach, author, and educator.

    DeCoffette has been a Women's In
    ternational Network of Utility Professionals member for over ten years; serving as the 2017 President. She is an educator at the University of Georgia, teaching the Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification program. She has over 25 years of leadership development and facilitation experience that has contributed to the advancement of companies in the electric power industry, advertisement, healthcare, military, and manufacturing. Her clients include C-suite to frontline employees achieving measurable results, including improved behavior, quality of work, and productivity that foster a coaching culture. DeCoffette passionately believes Commitment + Consistency = Sustainability.

    DeCoffette is a Sherpa co-author of "Executive Presence: "Humility" and her book, "Dream. Write. Execute."

    She is a proud U.S. Army Veteran. Her military career allowed her to acquire combat medic, EMT, nurse, and instructor skills. DeCoffette takes pride in creating a space for reflection and growth for anyone she encounters.

    DeCoffette resides in Reynoldsburg, OH, with her husband, Tico, and Yorkie, Koko.
