Lesley is a Distribution Operations Customer Support Manager at AEP/Indiana Michigan Power. She has worked for the company for 29 years and has held a variety of positions, including Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Operations Center Supervisor, Customer Services Account Representative, and Community Affairs Manager.


Lesley has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Indiana Tech. She is very active in her local WiNUP Chapter and has been a member for 15 years. Lesley has held several positions in the Chapter Executive Committee, including secretary, vice-chair, chair, and past chair.

Rebeca is an EE & Consumer Programs Coordinator Sr at AEP/Indiana Michigan Power. She has worked for the company for over 23 years and has held a variety of positions, including Customer Operations Center Supervisor and Customer Services Account Representative,


Rebeca has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is very active in her local WiNUP Chapter and has been a member for 15 years. Rebeca has held several positions in the Chapter Executive Committee, vice-chair, chair, international board representative and past chair.

Jill Houlihan

2025 Northern Indiana Chapter Vice Chair


Jill is a Customer Design Technician Principle @ Indiana Michigan Power. She has worked for the company for over 40 years and has held a variety of positions, including a Co-op Engineer, Relay Engineer in Station Dept., Commercial/Industrial Accounts Customer Services Rep, Demand-Side Management Coordinator & Supervisor, & Customer Design Tech.


Jill has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Technology from Purdue University. She is active in her local Northern Indiana Chapter and has been a member for over 15 years. Jill has held several positions on the Chapter Executive Committee including vice-chair, chair, & past chair plus various chapter committee positions.

Lynn Adamson

Budd Haemer

2025 Northern Indiana Chapter Secretary


Budd is Senior Counsel for American Electric Power at its D.C. Cook Nuclear Plant in Bridgman, Michigan since 2012. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Budd served in the U.S. Navy as an engineering duty officer with the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. 


In his volunteer activities he is currently secretary for the local WiNUP chapter, a member of the board of the KRASL Art Center in St. Joseph, MI and an officer of his local chapter of the Navy League of the United. States.

2025 Northern Indiana Chapter Treasurer


Lynn works in Customer Service Support at American Electric Power. She has been with the company for 32 years and been a member of the Marketing, Call Center, Energy Efficiency, and Customer Service Support teams.


Lynn has a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University. She has been a WiNUP member for 15 years and has held several chapter offices including secretary, treasurer, vice chair, and chair. She has also been a member of the following WiNUP International Committees – Scholarship, Newsletter, and Finance. She chaired the Scholarship committee for several years.

Kara Stevenson

2025 Northern Indiana Chapter International Board Representative



Kara has served in the communications and marketing field for several years prior to joining Indiana Michigan Power’s communications team in May 2023. She has her bachelor’s degree in sport management/communications from Manchester University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in marketing from Indiana Tech. Kara is very active in the community, serving as a volunteer and member of various boards and committees.
