Welcome!  WiNUP invites you to enjoy the inspirational and uplifting experience of the annual international conference, Bridging Women Together, from September 29 through October 1, 2025 at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  The WiNUP West Virginia Chapter is the event host and has planned an exciting lineup of speakers, panelists and breakout sessions/workshops. 

Words cannot describe the inspiration gained when receiving professional development and networking with like-minded women of the utility industry and allied partners.  Whether your career has just started, you are climbing the corporate ladder, or you want to stay connected as a retiree, Bridging Women Together has your needs covered and offers Continuing Education Units as well. 

That’s not all!  The Black-and-Gold themed awards banquet that recognizes WiNUP chapters’ and members’ accomplishments and the ever popular silent auction that benefits local young ladies are sure to please all attendees.  WiNUP membership is not required, though we hope you take advantage of our new member rate for those who join WiNUP as part of their conference registration.  Make plans to attend WiNUP’s Bridging Women Together conference today!

Special room rate of $185 plus taxes is available from Friday, September 26, 2025 thru Wednesday, October 1, 2025.  The group rate will also be provided one pre and post days as long as the hotel has availability.

If you are currently not a member of WiNUP or have never been a member but are interested in joining the organization, there is a special conference rate to register for the conference and get a discounted 2025 member rate. This special rate applies for 2025 WiNUP Membership only. Select the "WiNUP New Member (Conference and Membership)" category when registering! This discount does not apply to expired members of WiNUP.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
WiNUP Conference registrants who cancel on or before July 30, 2025, are entitled to a full refund. Registrants who cancel between August 1 & August 29, 2025 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.

There will be no refund after August 29, 2025. Any registration can be transferred to another person. All cancellations and transfers must be made in writing and emailed to: Janet Hewitt at hewitt3060@gmail.com.

DRESS CODE:
Normal business or business casual attire are acceptable for the conference sessions.
Banquet Attire: Black and Gold cocktail/business attire. Please no jeans.

Women's International Network of Utility Professionals is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (6) organization under the IRA Code.  Section 501 (c) (6) of the IRS code provides for the exemption of business leagues - which is an association of individuals with a common business interest.  Contributions to WiNUP are not tax deductible as a charitable donation.  Contributions may qualify as a business expense.  Donors should consult a tax professional.
