Kristina Angiulli

2025 Tampa Chapter Chair and International Board Representative


Kristina Angiulli is the Sr. Manager, Business Development at ENERCON and reports to their office in Tampa, Florida. She has 41 years of experience in the electric utility business with specialization in Technical Sales, Management, Distribution Engineering, Business Development managing customer accounts for various utilities including Municipals, Cooperatives, and Investor-Owned Utilities. Her primary role involves engineering and technical sales for Distribution, Substation and Transmission, Environmental, and Generation Engineering. Prior to joining ENERCON, Kristina worked for Osmose Utility Services for eight years as Director of Business Development. Prior to that she worked for Tampa Electric Company for 27 years and managed the following departments: Joint Use, Construction Services, Reliability, and Lighting. Project management activities included Joint Use Audits, Joint Use Make Ready, Reliability Benchmarking, and Distribution New Construction Engineering. Kristina was responsible for Emergency Management for Energy Delivery which included Mutual Assistance Coordination. In addition, she was a Distribution Designer for residential and commercial distribution projects.

June Carter-Inniss's role as Senior Engagement Coordinator for multiple projects is pivotal in ensuring the success of Tampa Electric Company's (TECO's) Storm Protection Plan by directly communicating essential information about power-reliability improvements. She is registered as a Notary Signing Agent which is critical to negotiating and securing easements with property owners. She ensures the strategic placement of power utility equipment which is essential for the infrastructure projects. Additionally, June's collaboration with TECO for the Hurricane Milton Storm Response Assessment highlights her ability to work under pressure and coordinate with various teams, including ENERCON engineers, TECO's Distribution Design Technicians, and utility works, to restore electrical service to customers. With her background combined with her degree in Alternative and Renewable Energy Management, June adds a valuable dimension to her role. Her exposure to diverse and innovative approaches in the power and energy industry, equips her with the knowledge to contribute effectively to projects. Her ongoing studies for a Master's in Public Health Administration further demonstrates her commitment to making a positive impact. Her focus on shaping and driving healthcare policy, developing strategies to prevent and address pandemics, and promoting best health practices, June continues to expand her expertise to include public health.

Vamecia Nelson is an Administrative Assistant at ENERCON's office in Tampa, Florida. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting the Manager of Power Delivery Tampa branch and assisting other PD managers, supervisors, leads, engineers, and UCS teammates. Vamecia has over 15 years of administrative experience in office administration and various professional settings, supporting all levels of management and personnel. Most of those years were in direct customer service roles, which makes her extremely qualified in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring that any company she represents comes across as professional and attentive to the client's needs.
