In thinking back to the day you started your first ‘real’ job and the insecurity and questions you may have had. Would it have been helpful to have experienced women to ask questions, share experiences, learn what skills are critical in the business world? Or just have someone's ear to help you through issues you didn't know you would experience.
Join this month’s panel event as a panel of young individuals are asked what they need as they prepare to experience their own new paths. Based on this year’s theme, “Power of Belonging”, the panel will discuss how women who have worked for a number of years can help future generations find where they may want and need to belong by addressing the following
questions:
• What, as individuals trying to determine their paths, do they seek from other women -advice, guidance, type of role model
• What do they need and/or want from mentoring, coaching
• How can we advocate for them as they get ready to attend college and/or join the workforce workforce
