WiNUP’s Centennial Celebration is a once-in-a-lifetime event for ALL members — even those who won’t be able to be there in person.
So, to ensure everyone is able to participate in the festivities, your conference planning committee has created a Virtual Attendance option.
Through the Virtual Attendance option — available through the Whova event management app — you’ll be able to:
- View conference videos of events like the pre-conference tree dedication ceremony at Niagara Falls State Park; the presentation of the WiNUP Week proclamation by Niagara Falls Mayor Robert Restaino; the WiNUP business meeting; presentations of the POWER, OAK, and Honorary Life Member awards; and the installation of the 2024 officers.
- Interact with other members on the app throughout the conference.
- Have access to Whova’s photo albums where conference attendees and conference photographer Yidan Lu will be uploading photos throughout the conference. You can even upload your own photos so we can see what you’re up to while we’re at Niagara Falls.
- Participate in various polls and challenges — and have the chance to win prizes.
All these benefits can be yours for just $10. If you’re interested, please sign up by the end of the day Thursday, September 21.
However, if you were registered to attend the conference, but had to cancel after June 15, you are automatically signed up for Virtual Attendance FOR FREE. You have already received an invitation to download the Whova app.
Virtual Attendance is also available AT NO CHARGE as yet another benefit for Century Club members.
Among the perks offered to Century Club members:
- Express check-in line at conference registration.
- Exclusive charms for your WiNUP bracelet.
- Century Club Honor Roll on WiNUP website.
- Century Club members to be acknowledged in time capsule to be buried at Association Island.
