Andora Marshall

2024 WiNUP Ohio Chapter Chair

Andora Marshall has over 30 years of utility/energy experience with two Fortune 500 companies (NiSource, 21 years and American Electric Power, 15 years) with Cyber Security, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Rates & Regulatory, and Customer & Distribution Operations with project and change management background. Andora has a passion for training and development.

Andora has a Master’s in Organization Communications from Ohio University and two bachelor’s degrees in business management and information Systems from Capital University of Bexley, Ohio. She holds certifications in the following disciplines: Six Sigma Lean, PROSCI Change Management Professional, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and has a master’s Certification in Business Analysis.

Andora’s community services include an appointed committee chair of City of Pickerington’s Planning & Zoning Commission, President of the Windmiller Ponds Homeowner’s Association Board Trustee, Board member of Park Towers Condominium Association, and Advisor for Ashland University’s Strategic AI and Women’s Leadership Programs. She is an active member of Community of Real Estate Entrepreneurs (COREE) and regularly participates in speaking engagements for Ohio University’s Celebrate Women Programs.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, real estate investing and an avid walker who participates in 5k, 10k 15k, and ½ marathons.

 

Maddy Miller 2024Maddy Miller

2024 WiNUP Ohio Chapter Vice Chair


Madeline serves as the Sustainability Coordinator at American Electric Power. She is responsible for AEP's sustainability data collection for the annual Corporate Sustainability Report and supplementary reports including CDP, GRI and SASB. She also leads AEP’s ESG response to investor, customer and supplier surveys, ratings and rankings. In addition, Madeline supports sustainability-related strategic initiatives including standardizing ESG disclosure efforts, creating a Supplier Code of Conduct and a Human Rights Policy.

Madeline enjoys creating volunteer and educational events by leading AEP’s annual pollinator week team and serving as Vice-Chair of WiNUP Ohio. Madeline graduated from The Ohio State University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Environment, Economy, Development and Sustainability specializing in Business. She lives near Columbus, Ohio with her husband, Ryan and dog, Stokes. During The summer, you will find Madeline outside hiking, biking or enjoying a cocktail in the sun; during the winter months, Madeline enjoys instructing ski lessons at the local ski resort.

 

Katie Blubaugh 2024

2024 WiNUP Ohio Chapter Secretary


Katie is a graduate of Capital University with a bachelor’s in mathematics.  As part of their dual degree program, she also graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s in Electrical & Computer Science Engineering.  Following earning her bachelor’s, she earned her Professional MBA, with a focus on Supply Chain and Risk Management from The Ohio State University in 2021.

Katie has worked for American Electric Power (AEP) for 15 years.  Currently, she works with corporate compliance on the ENRA team. 

Joining WiNUP in 2013, she’s held various committee roles over the years within including: special events, annual banquet, and social media.  At an international level she recently assisted within the sponsorship committee for the 100th year WiNUP conference.

Outside of work and WiNUP, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and two children, Joshua (8) and Sarah (3).

 

Brittany Nolan 2024

Brittany Noland

2024 WiNUP Ohio Chapter Treasurer


Brittany is a Utility Business Development Manager at American Electric Power (AEP).  She focuses on the utilization of excess asset capabilities to build revenue opportunities.  Prior to her current role, she was on the Grid Modernization team for AEP Ohio with a focus on bringing the benefits of AMI meters to the customer through their online energy experience.

Prior to her time at AEP, Brittany worked in both ecommerce and hospitality industries with a focus on customer experience and vendor performance. In both industries, she specialized in bringing vendors with poor performance within the acceptable and expected performance thresholds.

Brittany joined WiNUP in 2017 and has served or chaired on the following committees: Programming, Mentoring, Professional Development (International Committee).  She is currently the Ohio Chapter Treasurer following her role in the Chapter Chair, Vice Chair, and Immediate Past Chair.

She holds a master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology from Otterbein University. Brittany is PMP certified and holds a Smartsheet certification. Outside of work and WiNUP she enjoys gardening so she can make her own hot sauce, pickles, relish and more. When she isn’t busy in the garden, she loves exploring new parks with her husband, Mark, and riding her bicycle.

2024 WiNUP Ohio Chapter Intl. Board Representative


Angie Engle is a Customer Service Account Rep Senior at AEP Ohio. Her primary responsibilities are managing commercial and community accounts by working to address any power quality, billing, sustainability, or new service concerns. Specializing in building relationships with her customers, Angie can better meet their needs and improve their overall customer experience. During the past 4 years in her current role, she has also successfully managed several projects that have brought load growth and new customers to AEP Ohio. Prior to her current role, she has also worked in AEP Ohio’s Forestry group and the AEP Customer Solutions Center.

Shortly after joining WiNUP in 2021, Angie became a mentee in the Ohio Chapter’s mentorship group. Because the mentoring program made such a difference in her life, she then wanted to help keep the program going by joining the Mentorship Committee. As she looked for more ways to spread awareness of WiNUP, Angie was also inspired to join the Social Media Committee as co-chair. Her hope is to utilize digital media to further spread the word about the great networking and professional development opportunities available to members.

In her spare time, Angie loves volunteering in the community. Some of her favorite organizations to volunteer with are Star House, Junior Achievement, the Mid Ohio Food Collective, and the Red Cross. When Angie is not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her 5 children, 3 fur babies, and close friends. As a foodie and fan of adventures, she strives to bring to bring excitement and enriching experiences into the lives of those close to her.

 

Elizabeth McClain 2024

Elizabeth McClain

2024 WiNUP Ohio Chapter Immediate Past Chapter Chair

Elizabeth is a Columbus native and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Western Governors University. She is active in her community through her work on the City of Dublin Community Services Advisory Commission and as president of Ohio Pet Charities, LLC. She also volunteers her time with other animal rescue organizations to support their missions.

Elizabeth specializes in project management and business resiliency and has successfully managed projects for private, public and non-profit companies. Her project manage and networking talent supports the goals of the charity to improve the welfare of animals in Ohio through affordable and compassionate welfare events. She is a foodie who enjoys spending time with her husband, sons and 6 fur babies!
