Diane has been with PJM Interconnection, LLC since 2014 and currently, is the Sr. Lead Compliance Analyst for FERC Compliance. Prior to joining PJM, she spent fourteen years with Exelon Corporation, working in both their unregulated power marketing organization as well as in Regulatory Policy and Affairs at PECO, one of their electric distribution companies. Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Hartwick College as well as a paralegal certificate in International Trade Law and Business from the Philadelphia Institute. Before her career in the utility industry, she worked as a paralegal at law firms in both Philadelphia and Washington, DC. 

Diane joined WiNUP in 2015 upon the establishment of the Mid Atlantic Chapter and has served as the chapter secretary, our fundraising coordinator and is currently the International Board representative. On the larger WiNUP front, for the past two years, Diane has also served as a mentor for the WiNUP mentoring program and is the 2026 chair for the Nominating Committee. 

Diane and her family reside in the Greater Philadelphia area. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, gardening, the outdoors and Pilates.

Bridgid is a Principal Consultant at PJM Interconnection with over 20 years of experience in utilities and healthcare industries. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Drexel University and a Master of Science degree in Data Science from Northwestern University. Bridgid finds joy in her family, continually learning, traveling, and being outdoors as much as possible.

Preeti Gupta is an Engineering Leader at PJM Interconnection, a leading regional transmission organization in the energy sector. With over 20 years of experience in software development and team leadership, she brings deep expertise in managing mission-critical systems that support grid reliability and operational efficiency. Preeti is passionate about driving innovation in the energy sector while fostering inclusive leadership cultures. As a certified Project Management Professional and Scrum Master, along with a Master's Degree in Computer Science, she excels at bridging the gap between architectural vision and detailed technical execution while fostering agile cultures of continuous improvement and innovation. As a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion in technology, Preeti is committed to empowering women in technology leadership roles.

Shanna is a business analyst at PJM Interconnection with nearly 20 years’ experience in utilities and allied industries. Prior to her current role, she worked in communications and marketing. Shanna finds fictional worlds more charming than reality and has been known to knit in public.

Shanna has previously served as the Mid-Atlantic chapter chair and is active in International committees. She is a third-year member of the International Member Development Committee, a past member of the International Marketing Committee, and the 2026 chair of the International Website and Social Media Committee.

Eleanor works in cybersecurity as an analyst as PJM. She has been involved with WiNUP Mid-Atlantic since she first started with PJM in 2023 and this is her second year as her chapter’s STEM Committee Chair. She is committed to empowering women in STEM and building connections to foster the growth of women in STEM. Some of her hobbies include reading, running, and volunteering.
