Amanda Martin

2024 MID-ATLANTIC CHAIR

Amanda is a Senior Business Solution Engineer with PJM Interconnection's Applied Innovation department. She has worked at PJM for 7 years and has held roles as a rotational program employee and Day-Ahead Market Operator. She's been actively involved in Mid-Atlantic STEM Committee and served as Chair of that committee for 3 years. Amanda has her undergraduate degree in Mathematical Business from Elizabethtown College and a Masters in System Engineering from Penn State.

Shanna Hartung

2024 Mid-Atlantic Vice Chair

Shanna is a business analyst at PJM Interconnection with nearly 20 years’ experience in utilities and allied industries. Prior to her current role, she worked in communications and marketing. Shanna finds fictional worlds more charming than reality and has been known to knit in public.

Ann has been employed as a Senior Analyst at PJM Interconnection for 7 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a minor in Economics from Northwestern University. She has three grown children and enjoys travel, hiking and reading in her spare time.

Lana Meres

2024 Mid-Atlantic Secretary

Lana Meres has been employed as a Senior Compliance Analyst at PJM Interconnection for 26 years. She has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy College and MBA from Penn State. She has two children and enjoys empowering people in a positive way, learning about personal development, nutrition and holistic lifestyle in her spare time.

Joleen Kim

2024 STEM Committee Chair

Joleen holds the position of Lead Integration Architect at PJM Interconnection within IT and has been with the company since her co-op in 2011.

She graduated from Drexel University with a B.A. in Computer Science and enjoys crafts, thrifting, and video games in her free time.
