Bridget McNeill

2025 North Texas Chapter Chair


Bridget McNeill recently retired from Oncor Electric Delivery after 46 years! Her last role was a Customer Engagement Senior Business Analyst. During her Oncor career, Bridget held numerous positions, which includes being the first female meter reader for Texas Power & Light! She is a Subject Matter Expert in resolution for complaints that may originate with the customer or the customer's agent (attorney, contract or sales administrator, aggregator, etc.) and third-party vendors (PUC, BBB, Attorney General's Office). She was involved in the set up and implementation of processes, procedures and systems utilized by Oncor Customer Relations for tracking and reporting customer issues and other work performed by the team.

Michelle is a Large Commercial and Industrial Account Manager for Oncor Electric Delivery.

2025 North Texas Chapter Secretary


Luyidan Yidan has been a member of the North Texas Chapter of WiNUP since 2019 and a member of WiNUP International Member Publications Committee since 2024. Yidan is a recipient of the WiNUP past presidents' grant and served as the photographer for WiNUP international conferences in 2022 and 2023. She was elected as the secretary of North Texas Chapter for 2025. Yidan currently works as a lead operation engineer in ERCOT, supporting real-time control room functions.

Gloria Roberts

2025 North Texas Chapter Treasurer


Gloria retired from Texas-New Mexico Power/First Choice Power as Director of Customer Operations.

During her 33 year career, she served the utility in a variety of roles including customer service manager, Business Unit Manager, and Lead Business Unit Manager. She joined the staff at North Central Texas College for 10 years as Workforce Development Coordinator.

Gloria earned a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Science from Texas Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration at Le Tourneau. She is an active community volunteer serving as board chairman for Lewisville chamber of commerce, greater Lewisville United Way, and Youth & Family Counseling.

Gloria has been a member of WiNUP (EWRT) since 1978 where she has served in all chapter offices and numerous international positions. She is a past National president, Vice President, and Treasurer and is the recipient of Member of the Year in 1991 and Honorary Life in 2005. Gloria received her 45 Year Membership Award during the WiNUP Centennial 2023 Conference.

Gloria currently resides in Georgetown, Texas with husband Lindy, where she enjoys water aerobics, bowling, sewing, and spending time with family and friends. She remains an active member of the North Texas chapter. You can get a look at some of Gloria's handiwork on the quilt that was raffled at the Centennial Conference. She crafted the quilt blocks for North and South Texas chapters.

Melenda Meazle

2025 North Texas Chapter International Board Representative

 

Melenda Meazle is a Market Consultant with Oncor Electric Delivery. Over the past 9 years, Melenda held previous roles within Oncor’s Measurement, Customer Engagement and Transmission organizations. 

Melenda has over 20 years of Customer Service and Technology experience in the medical field. Following her graduation from University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Information Systems with a focus on Big Data (a company's most valuable asset), she and her family moved to Dallas, TX. 

Melenda spends her time outside of work with her large yet close-knit family. She enjoys giving back to her community, mentoring, traveling, reading (mostly audio books these days), playing tennis, and adventuring at local and state parks.
