Beth Fagen

2025 Alabama Chapter Chair and International Board Representative

Beth Fagen has worked in the utility industry for NiSource, Inc. for 17 years and has held roles in accounting, electric operation production management and regulatory. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting and human resources, both from Purdue University in Indiana.

Beth is an active member and served as the Treasurer of the Metro Chicago chapter. Beth was the Treasurer for the 2018 WiNUP Conference hosted by the Metro Chicago chapter. She was also the 2019 WiNUP International Budget and Finance Committee Chair.

Beth likes to volunteer in many organizations to give back to the community she lives in. She is a member of the Northern Alabama Land Trust and volunteers in Habitat for Humanity Build projects. In her free time, she likes to ride her bicycle and explore the numerous hiking trails in Northern Alabama.
