Let Her Out: Reclaim Who You Have Always Been

Once we get to a certain level of success, we forget about the girl inside of us. She is the one who was the first to hop into a game of pickup basketball, but now all she does is pick up after others. She was the one who played the lead in the school musical, but now only sings in the shower. She wrote her deepest thoughts in a journal, but is stuck writing one business report after the other.

If you feel like your inner girl gets sent to the back of the line when the next deadline, meeting, or family obligation pops up, don’t miss this session.

This interactive and inspirational session was created when Natalie found all of the diaries she has written since she was 8. She was reminded that she has always been who she was meant to be. She’ll walk through her journey of reclaiming her inner girl in order to reach greater professional success and personal happiness and inspire you to do the same. In this session you will explore:

  • Ideas and tactics to bring more fun and joy to your day-to-day
  • The link between creativity and joy to success and productivity
  • Ways to coach yourself and others to bring forth your greatest gifts in all areas of life
