A Space of Belonging can be created by consciously choosing how we address one another. In this workshop, we will examine the different ways we refer to the people whom we serve, treat, and work with throughout our daily lives. We will explore how certain terms and labels can create a divide between us, as well as how the use of specific language can create a Space of Belonging.
