Normal business or business casual attire are acceptable for the conference sessions.
Banquet Attire: Dress in Floral prints or vivid colors that mirror the vibrancy of the famous gardens of Charleston. Please no jeans.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 11:59 PM
Cancellation Policy:
WiNUP Conference registrants who cancel on or before July 27, 2024, are entitled to a full refund minus processing fees incurred.

Registrants who cancel between July 27 and August 27, 2024 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee minus processing fees incurred.

There will be no refund after August 27, 2024.

Any registration can be transferred to another person.

All cancellations and transfers must be made in writing and emailed to: Janet Hewitt at jlhewitt@aep.com

Women's International Network of Utility Professionals is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (6) organization under the IRA Code.  Section 501 (c) (6) of the IRS code provides for the exemption of business leagues - which is an association of individuals with a common business interest.  Contributions to WiNUP are not tax deductible as a charitable donation.  Contributions may qualify as a business expense.  Donors should consult a tax professional.
